Booking Information
Designferienhaus.com acts solely as booking agent. The contract will be concluded between the guest and the holiday operator. The holiday operator supplied Designferienhaus.com with the booking conditions.
Arrival & Departure
The villa is available for you to move in after 4 p.m. of your arrival day. On departure day, please check out of your Designer Holiday Home by 10 a.m.
Wellness
The designer sauna in the villa invites you to relax and unwind completely.
WiFi & Internet
Free WiFi is available for you to use throughout the house.
Local Taxes
Prices do not include local tourism taxes (€ 2.10 per person ages 16 and up/night).
Parking
A carport as well as 4 parking spaces in front of your holiday home are available to you.
Washing Machine & Dryer
Feel free to make use of the washing machine and dryer at your designer holiday home.
Non-Smoking House
This entire luxury accommodation is non-smoking. Smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarettes outdoors.
Payment & Cancellation Conditions
- To fix your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. No repayment after booking. Exceptions due to the following restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation:
- Ski lifts are closed
- Ban on entry into Austria
- Vaccination regulations: Please inform yourself about the relevant regulations of your home country before arrival. A 3rd vaccination may be required for high-risk countries. These do not constitute a reason for cancellation, as it sometimes happens that individual fellow travellers do not comply with these regulations. This is beyond our control.
- The remaining 70% must be paid until 30 days before arrival. No refund after the 30th day before arrival. Exceptions due to the following restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation:
- Ski lifts are closed (winter season)
- Ban on entry into Austria
- Accommodation ban in Austria
Pets
Please note that no pets are allowed in this designer holiday home.
